If you think you know of a qualified student to attend Boys State, they may complete the online application request form, contact the Recruiting Coordinator or your local American Legion Post to arrange sponsorship to the 2012 Boys State Program.
Note that all applicants, once accepted, will require submission of a medical release and parental consent form in addition to the application. If the applicant is selected and sponsored, he will need to submit it with his paperwork, or bring the completed release and consent form with him for registration on June 16, 2012. Note that the form requires that the student is in compliance with all school vaccination requirements, and has had a physical within twelve months of the program.
